Did You Know That...

... stress can cause hair loss? You might be wondering why at times you find your hair so easy to fall off from your scalp (whenever you brush your hair or when taking a shower maybe?). Well, it might be because of stress related reasons. So before even panicking (avoid panicking as that will add up to your stress level), try to find ways to relax and rejuvenate yourself. Do something that you enjoy doing... go for a walk, travel, watch your favorite tv show, take a bath, meet your friends, be with your lovely family... anything to calm your level of stress down. Keep your lovely hair! It's your crowning glory!

very Nice Post! stress can really make someone bald specially in pregnant ladies I recommend pregnant women never forget to brush your hair before medicated shampooing in every time. It’s the first step to a hair care routine. Don’t brush hair when it damp. use Herbal Medicated shampoos for essential natural nourishment avoid chemicals for hair care

Thanks a lot Pamela for the additional advice. I do have friends who had falling hair issues during their pregnancy. It was due to hormonal changes and stress too.
Have a great day!

I can attest pod sis based on my experienced (though I wasn't pregnant), it's just that sometimes I got stress then more of my hair fell than normally. Nice post sis.. and one thing I cure my slightly colored hair and straightened, one hour before taking a bath, put some olive oil at the tip of the fuzzy hair. Then you will experience smoothness after taking a bath. Just a simple one but as I read it gives more protein since olive oil has health benefits, not only for human itself but also for hair too. thanks!
